Very flimsy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so disappointed with this dishwasher. Flimsy is an understatement. Had I looked at it before purchase, I would have spent more money. This replaced the almost exact Frigidaire we bought 12 years ago. I'll be surprised if this lasts 2 years. If you put a heavy mug on the top rack, it actually bends the track and plastic wheel. I've owned Frigidaires forever, and am truly disappointed in the lack of quality with this unit.

Still Learning How To Work It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this less than a month ago. It is very confusing how to get to the setting of choice. Right now it keeps moisture on the dishes and I am trying to figure what I am doing wrong. Once I can figure that out hopefully it will turn out to be a very good buy. Right now I am thinking this is why it was marked down and this model is discontinued I believe.

HI, Sandyale! To improve drying performance, please make sure you have not selected Air Dry. Also, make sure you are using plenty of rinse aid, your hot water heater is set to at least 120F, and you are running the hot water in a nearby sink prior to starting the dishwasher. Mediocre washing power

However, from the first wash I’ve had to slam the door 3 times to get it to start every time. I would say the cleaning power of the wash is mediocre. I’ve had dishwashers in the past that clean/dry better. This one will do for now.

Typically, if your dishwasher’s soap dispenser is not opening; the water pressure may not be coming into the dishwasher at the recommended pressure or temperature. Please check your water temperature and pressure the suggested temperature should be 120°F and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi).

Noisy and poor quality
