Ok dishwasher for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replace an old dishwasher that I had for 16 years. This new dishwasher doesn't clean as well or get my dishes dry all the way. I am not very happy with it. It also seems to take a long time to clean. I prewash all my dishes before I place in the dishwasher and still not very happy. I just don't have it in me to install another one by myself
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Spets777, thank you for your time. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. I would also make sure all of your spray arms are attached and rotating freely. You may want to double check the way you are loading your dishes; avoid nesting items. Fantastic value for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Typically appliance shopping is not an enjoyable experience, especially when limited to the budget category of appliances, but we almost wish we had replaced our dishwasher long before it died on us.
This model is so much quieter and cleans so much better than our old one. It has features, such as 3 arms, that are typically found in higher end models, but at a fantastic price.
Great purchase!
I would recommend this to a friend!

NOT A FAN

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I did not buy this DishWasher. The builder of my home installed all Frigidaire appliances. (oven, Microwave and DW). All, of my appliances I am happy with, except for the Dishwasher. I truly think there is something wrong with the panel, because, it does not turn off properly. And then after you cancel it, it still remains on. Very frustrating. Also, I just wish I had the SS tub. Makes a huge difference with keeping the inside free of mold. And even though I have heated dry on, I always have to dry the dishes. SORRY NOT A FAN :-(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What a DEAL, what a PRODUCT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a deal we got from Lowes. Installation was simple and I did it myself with just a handful of everyday tools. We took the noise reduction blanket off of the old unit and added it to this new dishwasher and it worked ! We can barely hear the unit when running. What a great find and what a smooth running dishwasher. Thanks MTC

Won't latch

I Just bought a new house and the previous owners were kind enough to leave us all of their appliances.about half are Frigidaire products and they have been so far so good.However this dishwasher is the only one that I haven't been able to use yet! All the buttons on the panel light up but it won't latch for some reason. I even downloaded the user manual. I would love to give this product a good review but I can't until I use it.

Not the best

The blade in the bottom keeps spinning off and melts to the bottom and ruins it. We have had to replace it 4 times!!! It also does not wash very well at all; I prewash my dishes and I still have stuff left on it or a film on them. I have had nothing but problems with this dishwasher since we got it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, Jenjen333! Thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize for your experience with your 24'' Built-In Dishwasher. For optimum performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the High option on the model. During the high option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. This helps the dishwasher detergent remove food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying performance by adding additional rinse aid and increasing the water temperature.
