[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first bought it, it didn't drain properly. I live in a small town so there's only one company that services Frigidaire products. They came in, got it to drain, and left. A week later, it stopped draining again. I changed the drain connections and now, it seems to be working properly. When it works, it does a fine job of washing the dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the delay start as an option.
The first washer we got would not drain and had to take it back.:(
The interior is smaller than my previous washer, even though they were the same size (outside). This does cause a little bit of left over dishes when it is fully loaded, but otherwise seems to be a decent little washer.

Lacking Air Vent
on January 18, 2018

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last frigidaire dishwasher had an air vent. So, I didn't check to ensure that this new model would have an air vent. My dishes are wet after selecting the heat dry option. The frigidaire repairman informed me after checking it that my new model was fine. The wet problem was only being caused by the lack of an air vent. He told me to leave the dishwasher open and let the dishes air dry. I really wish that I could try this in. I do not want wet dishes.

Good morning, Hersheykiss48! I understand that you feel that the dishwasher is not drying the dishes properly. I would recommend checking a few things before a new service provider is scheduled. Check and make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years, Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increase the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Hope this helps!

Decent But Not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent, inexpensive dishwasher option. It could be better...Doesn't dry my dishes very well.

Thank you DDSS, for reaching out to us regarding your dishwasher not drying your dishes. I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater. I hope this helps! Please don’t hesitate to reconnect with us directly should you have any other questions. -Courtney
