Disappointing

The dishes are still wet even with the heated dry option and the design of the racks simply doesn't help to maximize the space.

Hey b_r_i_a_n! I recommend making sure that the incoming water is coming in at 120 degrees and no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater. You may find that using rinse aid will also help with the drying performance of your dishwasher. I hope this helps! -Courtney

Inexpensive and Uncomplicated Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is quiet and does a good job cleaning dishes and glasses. The washing cycle takes a long time (nearly 1 1/2 hour). It does not hold as many items as our previous dishwasher, so we are running it more often. It is cheaply made and the rail for the upper rack came loose in the first week.

Hot water is necessary to activate dishwasher detergent and melt fatty food soils. The cycle time will be extended until the proper water temperature is reached. Washing action will continue during the water heating delay. For best results, the incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F. Please run the water in the sink until it is hot before starting the dishwasher. For more cycle time influences, see page 15 in your Owner’s Manual. Dishwasher began to leak days after install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher started leaking a few days after install. Warrenty service took a week and half to come out. Found out it was a faulty fill valve. No parts available. It's been over a month now and still no parts. I also have on of there wash machines and same issues. Only 2 years old and no parts available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it 6 months ago used it 3 times .. I realized on the first use something wasnt right it ran for over 3 hours on wash cycle same thing on the second time .. Got it fixed now it works great the one time I have used it.

Good dishwasher but broke within 2 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this dishwasher purchased and installed in December and by the end of January the center spray arm had broken. Frigidaire replaced it immediately, but it also has a musky smell 24/7 (even after just washing a load of dishes). Also, the latch for when it closes is very sensitive so often you think it is closed but the dishwasher is in fact open.

A tip that can help alleviate your odor concern is to make sure soiled dishes are not left in the dishwasher too long, being that they can create an odor. You can clear up the odor by cleaning out the filter, glass trap and spray arms. You can also use a dishwasher cleaning solution and run a normal cycle without any dishes, to clean and deodorize.

Get what you pay for
