So far so good for rental property

Bought it for a rental property, so far so good. Only had it for a few months so can't attest to its durability yet. The main selling point was its affordable price. The stainless steel design looks appealing too.

You must clean the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher therefore I feel you might as well hand wash them.
