Great cleaning

I bought this a little over 1 mo ago after my previous 16 year old Hotpoint died. It is a little quieter but does so much better cleaning. Of course the prev one only had 1 swivel arm and the new one has 3. When shopping, I was told that this was the key to a better job of cleaning. I don't like how the silverware basket fits but have found that if I turn it around so that it is sitting backward, it does sit up better. I do not like the way the racks are arranged as well as I did the previous one but keep thinking maybe I will get use to it after a while. The biggest negative is that when I pull out the lower basket to load, it comes clear out and does not slide easily back in. Although it has 3 settings to wash, I have only used the Normal Setting. It also has a delay option but I have not used it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use , quiet to run

We bought this a few weeks ago. So far we've been very happy with it. I installed it myself and had very little problems doing so. It's been very quiet when running and so far no problems cleaning the dishes. I'll gladly recommend Fridgidaire to my family and friends.

Great dishwasher but..........

I have had my dishwasher for a few months now. My dishes are always clean, but the interior door is not always dry. Called for service (prompt and courteous by the way) and standing water when done. It seems the dishwasher was installed improperly and not level. Service tech leveled the dishwasher and problem solved! My understanding of the tub material not being stainless but "plastic" is why it does not dry all the way. Interior is always wet mostly on the inside of the door. Both the service tech and the retail store where bought suggest leaving door slightly cracked after use. This works. Overall, cleans great, dishes dry (if loaded properly).

Terrible

After two weeks, started flooding my kitchen and leaving a puddle in the machine even though the Drain had been cleaned. The Frigidaire repairman said he had to order a new pump. He claimed that I was responsible because I supposedly left food on the dishes and bought a cheap model that had a pump that the smallest amount of food would ruin.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishwasher came with new home and works fine. Matches other stainless in kitchen , including a Frigidaire gas stove.
