Worst Dishwasher I have ever owned. Doesn't clean, doesn't drain well and leaves dishes wet. So bad, I hand wash my dishes.

A little concerned...

We bought a house with brand new appliances including the Frigidaire FFBD2406NS and are happy with it's wash but it runs for approx. 3 hours each time and it's pretty loud. I wonder how much water is being wasted in that time. Reading reviews, I am not finding answers or others having this issue. Also, there are only a few buttons to choose from. Maybe too simple...

Hi KNickie. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with your new Frigidaire dishwasher. The longest cycle offered with your dishwasher should be approximately 2.5 hrs. We do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the hot water at the sink closest to your dishwasher prior to running your wash load. Ensuring the correct temperature is being used can reduce the time required for a complete cycle.
