Poor design

6 months after purchase one of the hoses started leaking and damaged our wood floors. They fixed it under warranty but dissapointed we had to deal with it. It was just a very cheap design that was bound to start leaking eventually

Same cleaning without uneeded bells/whistles

Mostly happy except for utensil cleaning, me being in appliance repair there is no need for most people to have expensive bells and whistles . Very happy on how quiet it is for a less expensive model .The door could have a better grip to open though,maybe my hands are to big.Thank you, Tom&Betsey

I bought my dishwasher about a month ago and had to wait a week for someone to come and fix it after it did not work. It works fine now after a new door lock was installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Spend a little more money

We bought this unit between mid December 2015. It cleans well enough and is quiet compared to our old unit. However it has never dried well. Top shelf items do not get dry at all and the top of the dishwasher still has water dripping from it the next morning. I don't know if there is something wrong with it or this is just an unadvertised feature.
Also, the top shelf is too high in the cabinet. Large plastic bowls and storage containers are almost impossible to get in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees and the “Heat Dry” option is selected. Also I recommend using Rinse Aid to boost the drying performance. I hope this helps.
