It works well but could use a better pull latch design. It's a little too hard to pull.

i had to take first one back because it was damaged, second one had missing parts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans dishes very well

I am able to load to capacity. The dishwasher also cleans everything so well, there is never and dried up food particles.
