Easy to use. Leaves dishes clean.

We bought this item for our new home and couldn't be happier. Its so easy to use and also leaves all the dishes supper clean. Didnt even read the insructions, thats how easy it is.

It's ok

We didn't choose this dishwasher. It was installed by the builder in our new house. It's ok. I'm not in love, but I don't hate it. The door seems too loose. There is zero tension when you open and close it, but it is hard to click shut too. Don't know if that's just how it is, or if there is something wrong with ours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Jamin! Check that the door gasket is pressed into its mounting channel, reaches to the bottom of the tub and does not extend beyond the end rib so as to interfere with door closure. If you feel your concerns is it of sorts, please contact us directly. -Kind Regards, Theresa

It Is a better washer than my old one which was also a frigidaire. 3 wash arms Vs. 2.

Great product except

The rinsing arm fell off during the first use...and melted to the element. Service repair literally told me that it was ok and it would burn off. That was a smelly process. But no other problems. This is my second one to buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

More energy efficient, But less cleaning

I bought this to replace a 9 year old Jenn-Aire (Whirlpool), and though it is more energy efficient in normal mode, we find ourselves using "Heavy" wash cycle to get full loads of dirty dishes clean. Whichever mode is used, dishes come out wet unless allowed to dry overnite. otherwise, a good machine.

Had to have service call for small leak dripping at the left side of the door. This happened shortly after purchase. Service tech brought out a gasket, inspected the leveling, ran the washer and left the gasket kit (didn't install gasket. He stated the issue is condensation running down inside the door panel during the sanitizing high heat cycle. He further stated some owners have put in an insulation layer to trap that moisture. Many dishwashers come with that insulation. This one does not. It's approx 1/4 inch thick mat, that goes in the door panel. I have turned down the water heater slightly. I don't run the washer often, so it's not certain this helped the problem. Based on that service call my conclusion is this is a design issue with the door panel.i wouldn't buy this model again.

I've gone 3 years with out a dish washer and I LOVE my dishwasher she's great, so quite and efficient
