[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is just a basic dishwasher. You get what you pay for. Don't expect anything more. The heated drying isn't very good. The inside walls even stay wet. Washing is fine. My glasses are now cloudy. Weren't that way with my old unit. Noise level is acceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Duffer917, thank you for sharing your dishwasher experience with us. I recommend checking and/or trying the following: Are you in an area with hard water? If not, is the house water coming in at 120°F? Is water set within the correct pressure range? I also recommend making sure that the correct amount of detergent is used. The dishwasher tub walls cool faster than the dishes due to difference in material. Because the dishwasher walls cool faster this will create the condensation on the dishwasher walls.
After the cycle has completed, small amounts of condensation / humidity are normal even after period of time. You may also find that using Rinse Aid will help with your dishwasher performance. Door is poorly latched

Mike9224, thank you for sharing your dishwasher review with us. Our door latches only have the one size, but what a novel idea to have different sizes! I wonder if there is something keeping the door from opening easily. The door latch should only require a minimal of effort to open the dishwasher. Please make a visual inspection to ensure your gasket is installed properly. Check that the door gasket is pressed into its mounting channel, reaches to the bottom of the tub, and does not extend beyond the end rib so as to interfere with door closure.
