Problems

We purchased this item because it was a good price from a good brand and it looks nice. Ive had it for less than two months and had to call for service twice! My second service appointment is actually tomorrow so hopefully there wont be anymore problems after this!

Poor Handle design

Mostly seems to work OK. Very difficult getting door open because handle and latch give you nothing to hold on to when pulling door open. I think it is a design flaw that would have been corrected had the design engineer tried it themselves.

I have a new Dishwasher that had been installed before I bought the home. There are sharp edges by the door handle. I have been waiting on a installation kit for the dishwasher to be installed with a Granite countertop. Been waiting for it for over 3 weeks and still no sign of availability. You must design your products better and make accessory parts available.

Nice wash

Would like it to be quieter and the design for opening the door is terrible. I triple fold a dish towel and leave it between door and machine so I done have to deal with handle except when removing dishes right after the dishwasher is finished.

Does a good job of washing. Only complaint is it takes about 1-1/2 hours to cycle. Seems far too long for me.
