Ordering online can sometimes lead to bad purchases. Not being able to see the inside of a dishwasher before you purchase it, can be a bad experience.
Thank goodness this was a positive experience. The dishwasher was just the right size for empty nesters now that the children are grown.
Quieter than the original put in by the builder. We have enjoyed watching TV without having to turn the volume to 50.

bad handle design

It is relatively quiet and does the job. But there is a serious problem: the handle is almost impossible to grasp when your hands are dry, you might brake a nail anyway, but when your fingers are wet, forget it! what good is a dishwasher that you can't open? It is obvious that nobody at this factory ever tried to use that thing, so my confidence for the rest of it is pretty much zero.
The appliance came with a new condo I bought, so I had no choice, but I definitely will stay away from anything frigidaire in the future

Not the best I've used

This is a very basic dishwasher. It does not have a manual drain button which I dislike. Even with added Jet Dry liquid, it takes at least all night for my dishes to fully dry. The appearance is nice and looks like a good quality dishwasher, however, I would recommend a dishwasher with more features. We bought the appliance in September and 3 months later already had a plumber come in a clean out the bottom drainer because nothing would drain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Difficult to Open - Just for Starters

I wish I had not ordered online. The low-profile handle makes it very difficult to open. Even my husband complained. The wire racks are spaced too far apart so that I had to buy baskets to put things in as too many items kept falling through to the bottom. On top of all that, the dishwasher had a crack in the casing. It leaked slowly under the vinyl flooring for six weeks before the floor bulged up and we realized that the sub-floor was ruined. Frigidaire/Electrolux has demanded a long tedious list of things that I must do in order to make an insurance claim. One of which is to "Return the defective part." The will be receiving the entire dishwasher back via C.O.D.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poorly designed

This dishwasher has needed repairs twice since it was purchased 9 months ago. Repairs included the replacement of the main control circuit board. The door is difficult to close and requires an extreme amount of pressure before the latch catches. My repair man said all of the dishwashers of this model behave that way. It also includes completely unnecessary control locks which prevent the keypad from being used. These locks automatically engage from time to time, preventing the use of the dishwasher. It doesn't always complete it's wash cycle so the detergent cup never opens. Honestly, this is the most frustrating dishwasher I've ever used.
