I have owned fridgedaire in the past and had no problems unlike my friends with high end dishwashers.

This is exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable rate. Very quiet, easy installation, cleans and sanitizes extremely well. Overall satisfied.

door falls open all the way with no stops.

This appliance cleans well, but it's one fault is that the door falls open all the way whenever it is used. This in incontinent and irritating. It should have built in stops that adjust.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have used our new Frigidaire Dishwasher for 2 months...we love it for a couple of reasons: 1.) Easy to load and simple to use 2.) It has an energy saver setting 3.) It is Eco-friendly 4.) It does a great job of cleaning ALL the dishes (& pots and pans).
I would recommend this to a friend!
