Missing hoses

When the washer was delivered, I was informed that the new hoses were out of stock, but I would be notified when they were available. But, the hoses from the old washer were used and I was told that Best Buy would call when new hoses were available and I could choose to have them installed or have the cost refunded if I chose to just keep the old hoses. Unfortunately I have never heard back from Best Buy and was charged for the hoses I never received. I will call and hope it is resolved.
