I bought a washer with Installation from Best Buy and they required that I get updated steel water lines. The installers came and looked at the updated lines that I already had and said we didn't need new ones, so they would take them back and I would receive a refund on my credit card I bought with; Great! However, it's months later and I have never received that refund. Now BB is asking me to give a positive review on these same lines. Sorry NO!
