They sold me this package and explained the delivery guy would hook everything up and level the washer make sure everything is working before he left (no leaks). Well they came he was going to leave them on the washer, I told him they needed to hook them up, he grunted but did. Then moved on to get the dryer in (another story), I then had to ask him isn't he going to level the washer and make sure it does not leak, He said they do not do that and I explained that what was sold to me, to get his supervisor on the phone. He just looked at me and said I will do it this one time. Supervisor still ended up getting called on the they dryer situation.
