In store clerk stated that new hoses were required for all new washing machine delivery and installs performed by Best Buy technicians and proceeded to charge for the item at the time of the original sale. When the technician stated that he could not perform the hookup on the day of delivery, the owner proceeded to complete the install himself and the new hoses were not necessary and were retuned for a refund.
