First one was defect. No cold only hot water came out even water line connection was fine. Call samsumg customer service. Everything looks okay but still just hot water. Call back bestbuy a few times finally got new one. New one work perfectly fine like the way it should. This washer take a lot longer to clean the big load. I always clean small amount and used quick wash and he detergent products.
