This is one of the very few times I will knock Best Buy. Love the store, but this policy irritates me. We had a three year old Samsung washing machine, with hoses like new at 3 years. All indoor location for our laundry room. But BB policy is for them to install a new washer, you must buy new hoses. They might have a point, but still bugs me that I had too. We donated the old hose to a local charity thrift store they were in such great shape. So I guess some good came of it.
