Replaced my older stove in this model related to cracked cook top. Works well. The surface scratches too easily though.

hard to keep clean

I bought this online in an appliance package. I am not happy. I should have done more research. The ceramic cook top is impossible to keep clean. Even a drop of water leaves a difficult to remove stain. I purchased the ceramabryte cleaner and sponges, but it's seriously a 5 step process to get this thing clean. Very frustrating. The control panel is indented so any little pieces of food fall in and get stuck in the corners. It's like the person who designed this has never cooked before. The oven itself works pretty well and the steam clean function is nice if you don't want to do the super hot and long full clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
