Used it to save a basement carpet that got soaked due to a leak. Shampood/steamed 3 times. Worked like a charm!
Used it after a smaller Bissel I had used in the past kind of died on me. I am really glad I upgraded.
Only Con : this machine is heavier, unlikely you'd be able to use it on stairs.
What's great about it: Excellent performance over a large area
What's not so great: Too heavy for stairs
I would recommend this to a friend!

This unit is outstanding, easy to use and clean and it does a great job on various types of carpets. The carpets also dry really fast, usually in 20-25 minutes. You can see a difference in the color in one pass.
What's great about it: Cleans great
What's not so great: Nothing, it does the job

I LOVE this carpet cleaner. I previously had a Hoover carpet cleaner for over 4 years so I didn't hesitate to purchase another. I do animal rescue and this carpet cleaner comes to my rescue during training, and is just a simple pleasure to keep my carpets clean on a regular basis. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend this product!

Works awesome! My only issue, which isn't a big one is the hand accesories. They don't work as well as I'd like. Which is only a personal preference. Other than that it is an awesome steam vac well worth the price. Makes me want to steam vac a lot of things and a lot more often!
What's great about it: Most everything!
What's not so great: Attachments are good but could be better.

I have this for 1 year and 1 month and a brush fell off after 5 uses. Our house has carpet in 4 bedroom (11x11) and living room (17x13) and dining room (12x12). It cleans carpet which dries in 30 to an hour, depends on the weather.
Stains you have to clean first before using this cause it does not clean stains with the detergent u use.
The water tank was leaking during 3rd use. Maybe my fault cause i put hot water instead of just luke warm.
Good thing i got a protection plan, BestBuy replaced it and i got a protection plan for the new one also for 30 bucks it is worth it.
What's great about it: The brand name
What's not so great: Plastic parts not so durable

I love this machine. Just bought it yesterday came home set it up cleaned my living room and it did an amazing job. And my carpet dried very fast. Within an hour the whole room was completly dry. I cant wait to do the rest of my home. it is a bit loud , as loud if not louder then a vacum cleaner but thats to be expected. If you need a good carpet cleaner with out the big price this is a great choice.
