I purchased this printer to replace an HP1000 laser printer that was at least 10 years old, because I wanted a wireless printer so my son could print using his laptop.
The printer works great and was a breeze to set up. Just followed the instructions in the Smart Install program that automatically started when I connected the printer.
A good printer for the money. If this printer lasts only half as long as my other HP printers, it will be well worth the price paid.

Setup nightmare. Still not able to get it working after a week. I bought this specifically because of the AirPrint which I thought would be easier to use with the iPad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good solid printer & the price was right

Nice small size and good performance when it works. I had no problem with install and it printed initially, but after 30 minutes later I tried to print and couldn't. I worked through the problems, but it took a while and was frustrating.

Good Printer/wireless feature did not work w/ MAC

This is the third HP Laser Jet Pro P110 we have purchased and have already recommended it to friends and family, it's a great little inexpensive printer. That said, we were unable to print using the wireless feature with my wife's Mac. She spent hours on the phone with HP tech support and in the end we were unable to use it as a wireless printer. The tech support could not help us resolve the issue. We bought an 11' cord and are now able to print (just not using the wireless feature).
I would recommend this to a friend!

A fairly inexpensive printer worth many times more

I have several printers, an HP Officejet Pro 8500 Premier, a Brother color laser and 2 Kodak All-in ones, but the first laser printer I bought was a black & white laser Hp 4p and It was a real workhorse through the years It was getting old, the drum finally needed changing, so the HP P1102W was cost-wise to upgrade. The new P1102W is much faster and I am totally satisfied with it. I don't need to use wireless yet so I can't comment on that feature.

Rough Set up

This printer works great once it is finally set up. I bought this printer to use it's airprint feature with my ipad and iphone. In order to get the airprint functionality working you must first update the printers firmware which is a chore. If someone was buying this printer for normal wireless or wired use with a pc, set up is not difficult at all. If you are hoping to use it for airprint i recommend it only to buyers with a high level of pc experience.
