Excellent tv!

Love the features and being able to mirror my Galaxy phone screen to it too. Excellent size perfect for the space we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

All features are fine except the audio. It is pitiful.

I appreciate your wishing to keep and promote contact with people who have purchased Samsung products, and I hope you don’t mind that, in addition to praise for the item I had recently purchased, I have to register a sharp complaint.
First the good news! I recently purchased a 32” class Samsung, Smart TB table television set (Model UN32J5205AF), replacing an big old tube (and very heavy!) TV that had served us very well for 20 years. I had looked over a number of models in an appliance store and settled on the model just named. It weighed very little, was easy to set up (though our cable service added a remote to control the simply cable box use we have for the house), and had a sharp and bright deep color display. The shock came when we turned on the sound.
I have never, in forty years of television watching, hear such poor sound from a TV set, no matter how basic most of the ones we’ve owned have been. Voices sounded almost all the same, with an annoying tininess as if they were coming from the bottom of a barrel or were being transmitted by a poor, cheap-telephone land line. Music was drab and screechy. I couldn’t believe a TV would be sold with that kind of pitiful audio.
When I checked at the appliance store, all the Samsung table TVs had the same sound! Incredible! My only solution was to purchase a sound bar, which I did, and which at last produced the kind of sound that I can listen to with satisfaction—as good as that produced by the old TV set that we have sent to recycling. And that produced another annoyance, that an individual remote was needed, just for the sound bar. That plus a separate remote because of cable reception has meant three remotes are needed for one simple table top TV-watching! Incredible!
I just do not understand why new TVs would be sold with such poor audio quality
And I am not happy to have to send in this complaint, but I hope it does some good.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: audio poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is one of the most customer friendly electronic products I have purchased. Instructions were complete, product functioned perfectly first time, and, thus far (30 hours), this product is performing great.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight, user friendly
Cons: i believe the freestanding legs could be sturdier

Samsung TVs are better than nay out there. For me is the best, I usually own a lot of samsung products and it last for a long time.

Great tv for the $$

We got this for our travel trailer. We needed something light enough to mount on the wall, but still wanted a smart tv as we have one at home. Our phones are Samsung so the connectivity for mirroring was a plus. I knew it would want to update software at first use, so I did that at home over Internet. I also set up the picture and other settings so it would be set when mounted in the trailer. This thing is super light but has a fantastic picture. Controls are simple and it walks you thru the set up. The fact that it uses a 120ac to9v dc converter is another plus ,as it generates very little heat. We can use cable if it's included at the parks, or wifi, or if all else fails we can use our phones and mirror to tv. We have dish at home so we can watch it every where on this tv. We also have Netflix, which is native on this tv. It's not a big spendy home entertainment unit, but is perfect for why we bought it and would also be great in a smaller living room or bed room. The speakers are what you would expect for a thin low priced tv, but they work. Easy enough to hook up a sound bar or hts if you want, fine for trailer.

Its the perfect tv for a room or even a kitchen! I love how bright it is. The speakers are loud and amazing when watching movies.

An excellent medium sized TV. Was perfect for our bedroom. Setup was extremely easy. All of the features I could ever need in a well designed cabinet. Picture quality is great.
