Very nice TV.
If you don't have a cable box and have just plain cable its a little frustrating to set up for full screen picture.

Had this model for a week. Very pleased with its ease to set up and navigate. Pedestal is a bit flimsy though.

I have owned 4 Samsung tvs and still have the predecessor to this tv and it still works beautifully. I only purchased this one to have a larger screen and the SmartTV features. My experience is that the prices is always better than other comparable tvs and I have never disposed one because it stopped working. The only change I would like to see in this and most of the other tvs I have looked at would be the speakers, sound is sometimes an issue with some programs I watch but otherwise I will continue to purchase Samsung tvs.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, long life

Interesting step into 'the new' television for me

After disgust with through-the-roof prices for cable TV we went this route, and so far, it's quite adequate at a savings of over $100 a month. Great way to 'break into' the newer technologies in entertainment.
