This TV has many features but Samsung does not describe them and explain how to get the most out of them in the 'User Manual' Samsung could be a lot more helpful for the new user.
Cons: need better instrutions

We bought a new 32in for our office space when the other Samsung 32in was acting funny one day. It kept shutting off by itself. So being it was Black Friday off we went in search of a new one. This new set has legs, which I didn't want. I like the stand in the middle knowing for sure it would fit the TV stand. Anyway we set it up and it worked just fine and and did I mention it is a Smart TV. We decided to set the old one up in a spare room till we had the time to call Samsung and ask about the problem and why in just 2 short years it quit. Needless to say it works just great in the spare room. Maybe it just needed to be rebooted or something but it will stay where it is. We are Samsung fans. (all our TV's) They have the best picture quality for our needs.
Ordered this TV for my bedroom. Perfect size for a medium to large room. This TV was perfect out of the box. Easy to setup and program. Connecting to the wireless internet was a breeze. Excellent picture and the sound was very good, too. Highly recommend this TV to everyone. I have a 40" Samsung also, and it's a wonderful product, too!
Good value for the price with many "smart" TV features. A little dis-appointed in the sound system. It sounds a little "tinny" and not full robust sound compared to my other TV.
Well I'm almost 48 hours into this Tv I see have barely scratched the surface! I did not want to buy a TV but my last started freaking out out of nowhere. The overall design (low profile, light) is great but was disappointed to see my previous wall mount bracket (Sanus) was not compatible. The clarity is what I expected from an HD TV. This TV is clearly meant to be a apart of a home entertainment system. The Smart Hub is the wave of the future! I haven't had a chance to stretch the capabilities but it's promising. I was able to run YouTube and it was flawless! The Web browser was a little clunky with the remote but it did the trick. No real complaints there. The remote was real easy to use, a real user friendly platform.
There were two real detractors. The first was the lack of depth in the sound system. The lower frequencies can't be heard as well. I bet that was one sacrifice that was made to create a low profile set.
The second was that my Game console just doesn't look quite right. Something about the aspect and format causes the screen to appear as if I'm looking out of a fisheye lens.
Overall the price and initial impressions outweigh the negatives. When I upgrade to that big 55" it will be a Samsung!
