No Headphone Jack
on August 21, 2016

I am a 69 year old woman that needs the headphone so I can hear the TV without blasting everyone out of the house, so I am very upset that I cannot plug in my head phones. Otherwise this TV would be perfect. My Grandaughter just informed me today that she returned the same model for a different manufacturer for the same reason. I may have to do the same.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: no headphone jack

Crisp Clear Screen + Great smart features

I bought the TV for its ability to mirror the screen on my phones and laptop. It fulfills that need and it's quality is just great. I had a choice between the 4K LG TV and this, I picked this because of the durability and quality of it (I already have a 40".
This is the second time I bought this TV, the first one lasted 3 months until the the whole left side of the screen went black. Not aware of the warranty options I bought the same one again. Hoping it doesn't die out as soon. The picture quality is nicer then other TVs I have owned and the settings for sound and picture are a nice way to guarantee that you'll get the picture how you want it.
The smart hub option is nice and easy to use, the updates can be annoying but Netflix is a must to use on the smart hub if you have the service. Smart hub is easy to set up and runs off your home wifi. Its also very lightweight.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got this TV and I love it. You can get the internet, Netflix's, and other things like you tube. Still playing with it, but it is easy to work with. I added a wireless mouse to help to do searches with.
So far so good. Beautiful picture, easy setup. Just purchased product so will give it a few to see how product lasts. Sound doesn't seem to be the best. Using on board speakers. Will purchase sound bar, hopefully that improves sound.
Perfect picture and smart tv features but low quality internal speakers

The picture on this TV cannot be beat. The smart TV features and a full web browser work great. A bit difficult to type in web searches without a keyboard but the full web service works fine. The only negative is the TV's sound quality which is why I gave it "Good" rating on the overall rating and performance. There is no bass at all and it sounds like an old transistor radio. Adjusting the installed equalizer doesn't help on the bass sounds as evidently the speakers aren't big enough to handle a frequency under 1000hz. If you're picky about the sound you will probably need to add a soundbar or other unit that will accept a optical sound cable output as there isn't a headphone jack or sound output jack other than the optical output. Even with the sound quality the TV is still great for the price. Another plus is the height of the TV when on the stand. At 18 1/2" on the stand, it will fit on most kitchen counters between the counter and upper cabinets.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Inexpensive, Lightweight, full web browser, smart tv
