Good Product, but

Seems to take a lot of time to load internet access. Home WiFi signal is strong, but have to try several times to access Netflix, Amazon Video, etc.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: wifi long time to load

Wasn't set up in store where purchased - researched online only - sound quality very poor for a Samsung product - very disappointed!

This product is a lot lighter than my old tv

I am glad I decided to update from my eight year old flat screen TV, this product is much improved ,than what was being sold eight years ago, very satisfied with this model ,at a good price.
