BEST SYSTEM TO OWN

When I saw this system at bj's with the features and price you can not beat it. You can do some of everything with this system. You can plan from just about any source you have like your usb, external hard drive or your phone. The sound of this system is awesome it makes you feel like your in a club but you are in your own home. The lights are great and flow with the music. Love the color changes on the woofers and the system. This is a great product to have if you enjoy music loudly. Plus it has the dj feature. If you need to get a system with lots of sound I would recommend this one. It is worth it

Excellent sound and design!

The sound of the stereo system is excellent. You can hear music that you haven't heard before. The design is top notch and it is a very good looking system. The only problem I have is the bass is not "thundering" or will it "shake things off the walls". I would have given it a 5 star if it had at least a 5 to 7 band equalizer, it only comes with three for personal settings. The EQ presets are pretty good, and you can definitely hear the music change. The Giga Sound feature does not enhance the EQ presets nor personal EQ. It will however increase bass, but not to a "thundering sound". If you disable the Giga Sound, then you have to reset the EQ presets again. I called Advanced Support at Samsung and was told this is normal. If you like crystal clear music without distortion at any volume, then this is for you.
Cons: bass not "wall shaking", giga sound doesn't enhance eq settingd

Great features but short cables

The system has an excellent sound for basement and garage parties. Unfortunately the cables (especially the speaker light cables) are very short. Longer or extension cables are not available anywhere for purchase. DO NOT BUY if you have a large basement and plan to position speakers on opposite sides of the room.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers
Cons: short cables, cannot change sound eq

It has no HDMI connection or digital coax surround sound hook-up. It only has analog RCA port. Other than that awesome unit. Going to try to hook up a digital coax converter to analog for surround sound.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: no digital coax connection.

The first time we turned it on the only word is amazing. Being a family loving lights and music samsung MX- HS7000 WELL EXCEEDED my families expectations. Set up was less than 5 minutes. Very user friendly.
