THE PROBLEM IS THE REMOTE

The TV is a good value and has fairly good quality. However the Samsung AA5900652A TV Remote Controller that came with my SMART TV is the DUMBEST thing EVER!
The remote manual is an “e-manual” that is incomplete, non-informative, and very very very (yes very) poorly laid out / formatted. There is no downloadable online manual or even CDR version of a user manual available.
Attempting to execute any of the commands shown in the instructions automatically closes the e-manual, forcing the user navigate all the way back into the e-manual for each command he or she wishes to attempt while looking at the on-screen instructions. (No toggle available). With no way to print it for reference and considering that most people do not have total recall, it is a labyrinth of wasted time.
Many commands / options are not explained on the remote diagram in the TV user manual, and attempting to go thru the e-manual is tedious and frustrating.
The remote is a large portion of the value received from and TV, so I could not give this portion of the package (remote) a bigger "THUMBS DOWN!".

Apps don't work

As stated the majority of the apps don't work. I deleted, reinstalled, them but did no good. I bought this in July 2012, and had nothing but problems, even after numerous updates, and warm and cold resets.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pros-slim, great picture. 120 hz. Smart TV, Netflix app works pretty well.
Cons..Doesn't fetch your slippers or pop your popcorn.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Recently, I bought SMART TV and did not meet my expectations Virutal keyboard is hard to operate. Youtube vitual keyboard is small size and search is not user friendly.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Realistic color
Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations

Great WIFI & WEB TV- Lacking Multi Language input Browser

Great web apps, great browser- but Samsung locked down this TV into English only- if you want a multi language input like mobile phone from Samsung !
If you are want to surf web on this TV in another language besides Engilsh- forget about it.
Chinese language speakers should NOT buy this TV as web searches are limited to English input in browser.

This TV does not have an inbuilt Youtube App

This is a sad way of selling TV's. The package box has the youtube image and in the TV there is no youtube app. DO NOT BUY this tv if you are xpecting to see youtube as an app on the tv
