We have had excellent reliability with Samsung products. We now have 2 TVs and 2 Cellphones - with NO PROBLEMS. The features of this TV are so easy to access. I recommend to anyone looking for a TV to check this one out. The picture is sharp; it is easy to find and adjust the brightness and other settings to your liking; there is no comparison to this set that I found in my research.
I have only had the TV for a few days, but the quality and craftsmanship show in all the little details. The screen is bright and very clear and responsive to the changes light levels in the room we have it in. The colors and the action tracking are superb. Our previous TV, while very good, pales in comparison to this one! An excellent value for the money and one I will recommend to my friends.
I purchased this tv as a gift for myself. I was most attracted to the apps and picture quality. The Wifi connection is great it actually over powers other devices.
This TV is great but Netflix flat out does not work on this device. Netflix has confirmed that it is a software issue on new Samsung TVs that has not been addressed. It works fantastic otherwise, all of the other apps are fine, but after purchasing this TV in large part because of access to Netflix this is pretty disappointing.
I love the size and picture of this tv. The apps have helped a ton being in the workout room at our facility. I would buy more as soon as I find the deal I got again.
