This product has great apps

This product was purchased as a gift for my son and he loves it. He enjoys the apps and the great picture quality. The sound is better than most televisions of this type.
Pros: Built-in speakers
Cons: not automatically updated

Smart tv can be problematic. I bought is primarily for the internet access and was slightly disappointed

Set Up Difficult

I found the initial set up to be difficult. Many screens to enter responses. Wish the TV had analog output jacks for connection to older receiver/amplifiers.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: set up time

My product was delivered yesterday (5/31/2014) and I love everything about it. There is only one thing that bothers me. When using the HDMI cable to connect the TV to the cable box, the closed captioning feature is greyed out on the TV. This means you are on a source that does not carry the CC signal.
"The only two inputs that carry the CC signal are the coax (RF) and the AV (composite) inputs. Any other input such as component or HDMI does not carry the CC signal so the TV cannot be set to display closed captionings.
ACCORDING TO THE MANUEL:
"Although the TV cannot be set to to decode closed captioning any device on the market that can output through inputs other than coax (RF) and AV (composite) is required to include a decoder for CC. You can turn on this decoder in your external device and recieve CC on your TV. If you do not know how to turn on the closed captioning decoder. Please contact the manufacturer or service provider of that external device for further assistance."
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: closed caption not available in hdmi connection.

I have brought UN40EH5300 few weeks back.
Pros
1. Good picture
2. Inbuilt wifi is good
3. The USB port support is good

Smart tv app often gets crashed.

I've enjoyed my tv but make sure you have a fast internet for netflix and all the other apps to keep it from buffering
