I am somewhat disappointed in the color, hard to adjust the color scheme on the faces of the actors.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

40" LED TV is only 9 months old and having picture display problems already. Furthermore, it is not our primary viewing TV so it does not have many viewing hours on it.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am happy with the product but wish the smarthub would load faster. Also it looses connection with wifi often.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: slow smarthub, wifi issues

This is my first Smart TV and it was an excellent choice. It was easy to set up, easy to move around the features and it was really affordable. I would easily recommend to anyone.

I love watching Netflix and Hulu and so many other channels nfrom tv itself. Its a faster connection. Just love the size, color and options

I purchased this television as a Christmas gift for our family in 2012, and we have really loved it. I no longer have to have my computer hooked up in the living room now I can easily stream netflix, amazon, pandora and many other favorites directly to my tv. And Samsung' service has been amazing. When I had problems I called in and was immediately helped by knowledgeable and profestional people over the phone. Then when something unknown happened nearly 6 months after the warranty expired they extended the warranty and covered the cost of the repair. When the repair man came they took my tv and even though they had to order a part it was returned two days later. The local repair company who they used to do the repair where friendly and best of all local so if I had any further problems I can go directly to them. My only complaint about this television is it is a little hard to see from an angle unless the room is dark as the glossy screen creates quite a glare. Also the built in wi-fi seams to lose connection quite often samsung blames my router but I don't have that problem with other devices so I dont know. All in all though I would recomend this tv and if not this model definately another samsung maybe without the glossy screen as there service goes above and beyond what is expected in this day and age.

Cons: glossy screen, internal wi-fi loses conection
