actually before i bought this tablet, i've already did a research from youtube, reading reviews in different sites and end up buying this tablet, because of good reviews, so far i'm so happy having this, just at first when i use the tablet the battery run out fast, so i called the samsung customer service, they told me to do the factory reset & i did, after that i tried to use the tab again, now it's more better than before, a lot of different and the person i talked with so helpful & expalin well, so i will recommend this to anybody

I am currently an iPad user and am looking for a second tablet for business purposes (greater productivity integration and file management options). I recently purchased the Galaxy Note 10.1 32GB model. So far, I have been extremely pleased with the Galaxy's performance and configuration options! I don't believe it will ever replace my iPad, but so far it seems to be a comparable partner!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, filel management ability
Cons: Not high def, no cellular option
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the 10.1 Note for my wife's birthday, which was on 11/24. I thought that I had researched the product thoroughly. Much to my chagrin Adobe Flash Player does not support the Samsung Note 10.1. My wife loves the other fantastic features, but not being able to play games on Facebook with her friends is a deal breaker. Therefore, we will be returning the 10.1 Note.

The tablet works great, but is very limited. It needs jelly bean and though it was promised by the president of the company many months ago, we have yet to see or hear mention of it in the states. It has to have it for the speed as well as the enhancements that come with the premium package upgrade to be of any real use for multi window apps. As it is, I would NOT recommend it to anyone.
