Very simple to use and have lots of features

The Galaxy note is one excellent product. I am using it for my day to day activities and found no problem. Easy to use and can change form one window to the next. I would recommend this product to all my friends. This is the best buy I have made in a long time.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, simple to use

Works well as internet surfer. Good for keeping schedules. If your going overseas and want to use translators that connect with Internet opt for the 4g ver becouse had trouble finding hot spots.
Pros: Inexpensive

...The Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 ed is an example of a pad that has evolved into an excellent device. The processor is fast and the dual quad works well. The resolution is outstanding although not many apps take advantage of it. By in large, the Samsung implementation of Android makes using the pad quite easy. The wi-fi is quite sensitive and easily set up. The amount of power held by the battery is generally adequate for 6-8 hours of use. Higher battery capacity would always be welcomed.
...My complaints have more to do with the physical setup of the pad. I wish there were a separate port for the charger. You can not use the charger and a USB item at the same time. I can read standard SD cars through a reader I plug into a converter but then I can't connect the charger. The bluetooth keyboard that came with the pad works quite well but I also have a USB keyboard that I like but if I connect it, the charger will not work.
...The location of the USB port is at the bottom of the pad. This makes it difficult to connect anything into the USB port and set up the pad on a stand at the same time. This could easily have been taken care of by using a side USB port. Full size USB connectors and SD card are usable but clumsy since adapters need be attached at the bottom of the pad.
...Overall, I would give the pad 4 out of 5 stars.

Overall, I think the tablet is great. I really enjoy the bigger screen and features offered. Lots of options in the app store, too. Only thing I don't like is the old style, proprietary Samsung plug. All my devices work off of one charger except my tablet. This is inconvenient, but the overall functioning of the tablet is just what I had hoped for.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: proprietary plug
