[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the refrigerator and I haven’t had any issues with the refrigerator. However, the air filter are horrible. They are very difficult to replace. I can’t ever get the filter in correctly, even though it looks like the air filter is in correctly. Since it isn’t in correctly, I can’t get the air filter to ever reset. Overall the air filters are terrible. It’s much easier to just use a box of baking soda.

LG products are the best on the market in my opinion and the customer service is stellar. I especially appreciate the reminder notes about replacing filters and the ease by which I can reorder.
I use only LG OEM parts for my refrigerator. Their air filters appear to be very high quality to me. Have been very satisfied with their performance, judging by the fact I don't smell odorous food upon opening the doors.
