Does not fit LG Fridge, Known Defect By LG!

The product is listed in the manual as working with my fridge, it does not. It has been a known defect for more than a year and they made zero attempt to contact affected customers.

LT120F air filter does not fit

The LG LT120F air filter does not fit my LGLRSXC2306S side by side refrigerator. The LT120F is basically square, and the refrigerator needs a rectangular air filter. I will be requesting a refund or the correct air filter. The correct size would be 4 1/2" tall and 2 3/4" wide.
