Poor air filter design

I have an LG refrigerator style that has the door that I can knock on to see what is inside. The air filter that I have to order is the LT120F.
My air filter holder has the portion that holds the filter at an angle (forms a diamond, not a square). The solid frame of this product DOES NOT fit in the diamond, because it is too big. I have to actually remove the filters from the frame it comes in and install it that way. Poor design on LG's part.

The filter doesn't fit the cover. There is no solid answer from LG. Can you fix it? My refrigerator stinks now.

Water Filter does a great job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filters do a great job filtering the water. We did our own "blind" taste test of water from the LG filter vs water from the tap. The glasses and temps were the same and the water from the LG filter was perfect flavor and taste.

False advertising!

False advertising! This filter does not fit LRFLC2706S. This filter's dimensions are 3.35in x 3.35in, much larger than required 3in x 3in
