Buyer beware

The app encouraged me to get both an air filter and water filter when I put in my refrigerator model. I bought both, then saw there was no air filter installed - and now upon inquiring, a different bot tells me this model doesn’t require an air filter. Now I opened a part I don’t need and have to figure out how to cancel that subscription.

Doesn't Fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have the same problem many others are having. My air filter will not fit in the slotin the holder. It is a tilted square. I do not want to dissassemble nor pay full price when I am using only half of the product.

We are on auto ship for the air and water filters. Before we joined, had a hard time finding in stores. Now we are not without either.
