Terrible Support!

I have been getting filters by using autoship for years but when I tried to change my credit card number and expiration date, LG website would not allow me to make changes. Called support and they could not help me and I could not give them my credit card info for them to make the changes, nor could I purchase filters through them. Had to get my wife to create her own account and have her order the air filters....absolutely disgusting support!

Where is the air filter?

Where is the air filter on model LRSOS2706S? We’ve pulled food out of the fridge looking for the air filter panel, and cannot find it..
Also, the circuit has been tripping recently. I changed the fuse a few days ago, and then the circuit tripagain last night.

The air filter is typically located inside the fresh food compartment, near the top or back panel, in this model, it is near the upper fridge drawer in which you would have to pull out the drawer. If you’re having trouble finding it, check your owner’s manual through pages 39-40 for more information. Regarding the circuit tripping, we recommend ensuring the fridge is on a dedicated outlet and checking for any fluctuations in power. The filter specified in the manual for my LRYKC2606S does not fit. It's noticeably larger than the filter that came installed in the fridge

Great for filtering smells, check model fit

Certain models do not have the correct air filter box, and I had to ask for a replacement housing at https://lgecares.com/airfiltercover/ The filter works well and keeps the fridge smelling clean.

My refrigerator call for different air filters that go in the left lower side of main fridge not freezer. I didn’t feel like sending back the wrong filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn’t fit. It a slanted square, not straight and the filter is too big to fit. I have to peel the tap off all 4 sides and remove the white plastic then force it in the slanted slot. See picture attached
