[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I buy this item with the water filter on recurring plan every 6 months. It seems to work a bit but I don't think is big or powerful enough to eliminate all the odor from refrigerator. Still have to put an extra baking soda .

Supposed to fit my LRFL2706S fridge, but what was in the holder did not have the white window casing and is at an angle. Tried to take it out if the casing but it isn’t sealed so it came apart and broke. Tried the website solution provided by another reviewer to get a new cover that works, but it says my fridge isn’t a model that needs a new cover. LG, you are wrong as it is in need of a new filter holder or a different filter solution. So disappointed.

Filter LT120F does not fit our Filter Cover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our LG model LCFC26Xs/00 manual says to replace the air filter with #LT120F. We ordered 4, but this filter does not fit the filter cover in our refrigerator. We called & were directed to the weblink to order a different filter cover. When entering the model & serial number, it says our model does not need a different cover - not true! LT120F is longer, wider, & thicker than the space for it in the filter cover. We either need a different filter or a different filter cover. Now what do we do???????

I bought the air filter for my LG refrigerator. I plugged the exact serial # into the spot to find my part. It didn’t fit my refrigerator!!! I then went to where I bought the fridge and they couldn’t figure it out either! Needless to say I’m extremely disappointed with my LG refrigerator!
