Part does not fit LG Fridges read comments before

Even though this is recommended directly in the manual for my refrigerator it clearly does not fit, not even close. The frame is much larger and the slot in the air filter housing is diagonally oriented, not square. I wish I'd read these reviews before buying 6. I can't even find the right filter for my fridge.

This filter DOES NOT FIT the LRFLC2706S model refrigerator. I am not the first to state this. There is no real help offered anywhere.

LT120F air filter does not fit

The LG LT120F air filter does not fit my LGLRSXC2306S side by side refrigerator. The LT120F is basically square, and the refrigerator needs a rectangular air filter. I will be requesting a refund or the correct air filter. The correct size would be 4 1/2" tall and 2 3/4" wide.

Trying to figure out what filters to buy is difficult at best. This should be a simple process of either looking in the owner's manual or typing in the model number of a search bar. Not so. While I can find the water filter the air filter is not listed for my model number....anywhere.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
