Eats My Clothes

I purchased this dryer in June 2016. Initially it was fine. For the past several months, items with straps catch on the right front corner of the lint filter. Some suggest removing the lint beneath the filter, but the real problem is a faulty design. The photo shows that the tab on the right side of the lint filter holder does not align well with the protusions on the lint filter. This leads to "pushing" the right side of the lint filter up when heat expands the lint filter and filter holder.
Pros: ease of use, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Your Grandma's Washing Machine

I've been using this product for about 1 month. It's very nice looking, and more importantly, has been functioning well. I've had a bit of a learning curve using it, as there are far more options than any I've used before, and some of the defaults aren't necessarily what I what for some modes. So far the results are good, no damage to any laundry or any other issues. One VERY minor complaint is that the modes printed around the dial are difficult to read, even though the edge of the selection is lighted - I guess I need better lighting in my laundry room! With my old top-loader, all the controls were on top closer to the light source, whereas these need to be on the front and are shadowed.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Dryer

Have been using this dryer and matching washer for about a month now. It was pretty expensive, but it is beautiful and functional. I love the little melodies it plays, the capacity is great, and clothes are done quickly.

Had to raise our counter to build in, old under counter models are 4" lower...
Raised the counter and installed them, added Carrera marble to the counter tops look great with the Platinum Gray units..
The wife loves them, even I can run them love the steam and wrinkle release settings..

Best Dryer we have owned

This dryer works excellent. Has many features which is great for me. Dries with and with out steam and I can use many different types of settings depending on what I am drying. Would not change it for anything else.

Best washer I've bought so far

I had one of the first LG front loader washers, which began to give out 6 years later. Didn't give up on the brand and reinvested in a bigger LG washer, the machine works wonderful plus it has more settings. Happy with purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for our new home, and really like the steam settings. Drying time for most items is very efficient but bigger/bulker items may need a bit more time depending on the setting. Overall, love this dryer, very easy to use.
