I love this dryer! I can customize the features to fit any type of load of wash from heavy towels to my delicate loungerie. I have the matching washer and together they make my life so much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned them about 2 months. We are very happy with them. They both are very quiet. Water consumption is minimal. Cloths come out of the dryer with minimal wrinkles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a little surprised that with a gas dryer clothes are still damp at the end of cycles. On the bright side items are not being execessively heated/dried, but clearly the sensor technology still has room for advancement. I do like the steam cycle which quickly releases wrinkles for a refresh in between dry cleaning trips. The drier doesn’t make a lot of noise either (notifications or noise from drying cycles) which I appreciate.

Great dryer, dries well and quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved to this dryer from a 25 year old workhorse one that finally died. It dries quickly and dries well. However, the way the controls work needs a bit of tweaking to make the dryer easier and more convenient to use. For example the Wrinkle Care feature that periodically tumbles at the end of the cycle must be set every time. It should have a set-able permanent status as on of off and could then be toggled per cycle as desired. Who doesn’t really want this on most of the time anyway? Yes you can set this for the one cycle they you can save as a custom program, but that doesn’t work if you typically use more than one cycle.
The other issue is that the cycle ends and the dryer shuts off when the door is opened at the end of the cycle. The only way to prevent this is to select the Damp Dry Signal modifier that sounds the buzzer when the load is 80% dry. This is intended to let you take out items that dry faster without ending the cycle. And the buzzer seems to be very persistent until you open the door. However, sometimes you just want to let a load go a few more minutes and you didn’t set this modifier at the beginning. It would be more convenient if the dryer didn’t shut down immediately upon opening the door at cycle end for any cycle. Instead it could retain the settings and allow you to continue with the same settings for another ten minutes or so by pressing the Start button. A sort of manual continuation of the selected cycle settings. The More Time or Less Time buttons could also work here for convenience. This could be repeated for multiple door openings. If you never press Start in say 3-5 minutes, the dryer would shut off.
