[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this appliance from Airport Appliance in Redwood City. We wanted the best of the line. We bought a washer and dryer. The dryer is ok. The washer cleans the clothes, but it is extremely noisey. Washing 2 king size sheets it sounds like it is trying to destroy itself. It jumps around, and hits itself internally. We have checked the level, and it is ok. Our previous machine, a Kenmore, did not do this. I don't think this machine will last very long if this problem is not addressed.
