[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for 5 and a half years, and it never gave me any problems. One time the tub wouldn't drain, come to find out, the lint trap was plugged. It's great for normal loads and LARGE ones. I typically do about 4 or 5 loads a week. If I ever have to purchase another washer, it'll be an LG!

One time, the water wouldn't drain from the tub, but the lint trap was plugged. It's great for bulky things and normal loads. I do 4 or 5 loads a week, no sweat.

Easy to Use

My machine is 9 years old and going strong. I just recently had the rubber seal removed so I could clean very inside on the seal itself. I was going to replace this, but the new one ordered did not match the #s on the machine. Apparently LG changed some part #s, so we just cleaned, replaced and all is good so far.

Great features, easy to use

My washer has been washing great for almost 10 years now. The only issue is that it is hard to clean under the rubber seal around the door. I paid to have it removed, cleaned under it, and then it was replaced. All good as new again!
