We have had this machine for a little over a month and could not be happier. This washer cleans clothes very well. It is huge and can do large table clothes that we used to take to the Laundromat because our old washer could only handle one or two at a time instead of five or six that this one does.
The machine is quiet and well built. We purchased this as a set and use it nearly every day.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

My old dryer finally died after 22 years so after some online research I decided to go with LG. I'm glad I did, I really like the set. I was waiting one hour to one and half hours for my old dryer to do the job. This dryer does it in half the time. However, I tried the steam fresh cycle on an old comforter and I didn't really notice any reduction in that stale odor. Also, I can't fit a laundry basket under the dryer and open the door. The door is so low you have to open it first, then put the laundry basket down. That's kind of a pain but other than that, love the dryer.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Quality

Impressive features and very quiet

Great with Easy Iron Wrinkle Care which uses steam to help remove wrinkles while drying and then at the end of the cycle, automatically rotates clothes randomly for up to three hours so no wrinkles, and no need to "fluff up the laundry." Also comes with a rack that you can place in the dryer for shoes and other items you don't want tumbled, simply place them on the rack and they dry without the constant clump, clump of your "go fasters" rotating and slamming against the dryer drum. Also can communicate with your phone with a downloaded app, haven't tried this yet, but looks great. Can modify and create your own cycles!

Gets my cloths dry

Once again like the washer the TAG ON feature is not compatible with the I-phone, So you can not use this advertised feature. One would think LG would be able to come up with a compatible app. to make this a workable feature with the I-phone.

Great Machines

These machines are great. I had them for about 3 months now. They perform perfectly. I rated the features down only because the manual do not adequately describe how to use those features. I was able to stack the washer and dryer. It just fits the utility closet.
