[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the washer and dryer unit to replace a GE washer and dryer that were less than 5 years old and broken. I did A LOT of research and found this dryer and the 3770 washer to be the best all around in the market. We couldn't be happier with the performance and the overall value. Hopefully they have as much lasting power as their reviews say they do.
Bought this model washer and drier from Costco. The ad showed Wifi connectivity that is part of the functionality. However, once I received and installed. Tried connecting the washer the drier, the manual showed no wifi function. Contacted Costco and LG for clarity. No response.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Goodness where do I even begin?? I’ve only had LG washing machines and always thought “it can’t get any better than this” oh boy was I wrong! These machines have so many options such as steaming, delicates, quick dry/quick wash, and they even have a app for your phone to connect and control the settings!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We bought this dryer in June 2018 and within 7 months were having to have it serviced for the heater breaking. Bought extended warranty just in case and now again having the same problem 10 months later. Customer service is absolutely worst. 3 weeks+ and the dryer is still broken and customer service tells us there is nothing else they can do and we need to just keep waiting for them to come and repair it. I do not recommend this product due to the horrible customer service/repairs that we've had. Will never buy another LG product again.
