Great for small bedrooms

Purchased this TV for small spare bedroom. Just the right size and amount of features needed for intended use. Picture quality, options and ease of use are just as expected with a Samsung. Looked at others, but as always, no one else can compare (IMHO). Currently own two other Samsung HDTVs and two Blu-Ray players. very satisfied with the performance of all the products and like the ease of upgrading when available.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

It!s a perfect TV for my bedroom and has good volume control

Sometimes product freezes. Needs to be shut off and restarted. At times after I do my daily yoga DVD the TV is immediately accessible, other times I have to go to the Source button and navigate back to TV. Other times, the "searching" message appears on screen and no controls are operable during that time. Sometimes the TV searches are frequent, other times the TV doesn't search for weeks.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a very nice TV but we had to buy a sound bar and woofer box to hear better-I wish these new tv's had better speakers.
Pros: Bright display

Really cheap doesn't equal really good

This product is long in the tooth--nothing wrong with that. But I was really dismayed that there is no provision to insert a plug for earphones, or better yet, one for my really great Bose accessory speakers made to augment devices such as this.
Although I can plug the speakers into my DirecTV HR20-700, and turn down the sound on the TV, I can't do the same with the TV when it's operating autonomously.
I'm one of Samsung's champions; this product disappoints me. It would have cost mere pennies during design and manufacture to forestall reviews such as mine.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, no output sockets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good product and an affordable price, what more can you ask for in today's economy. This is my second Samsung and I have had no problems with the first and that is why I bought a second

Failed witin two years.

This is the second Samsung TV that I have owned that failed and doesn't power on. Both TVs were secondary units and did not get much use. Now I can't use them at all.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
