Samsung has done it again. This phone is better than I expected. This is why I am a loyal samsung buyer.

The internals are getting a bit dated but the phone is still a good top range device. It does get a bit buggy with some applications. The screen is also not has bright as the newer competitors.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: dated

Decent but not perfect

I LOVE this phone, with one major exception...the battery life.
I was so excited to get this phone, based on reviews and personal endorsement from a co-worker -- mostly due to the GREAT battery life that was so widely touted.
My experience has not followed suit. I cannot go an entire 24 period without the battery needing attention, and I'm pretty bummed about that. Even using "battery saver" apps hasn't made much of a difference.
And to shut down all the things they suggest basically makes the "smart phone" a paper weight.
Oh well...maybe eventually I'll upgrade to another Samsung model and it'll be a better experience.

I purchased one of these close to when it was first released. It has been a good phone overall with calls and internet access. My main issue with Samsung phones is that they claim to have great cameras, yet I often find problems with them. This phone ended up over time developing blurry photos no matter what solutions I tried to fix the camera. I think the software should always have options to adjust the focus abilities of the camera in case auto focus fails. Overall though, this phone is good.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I will have had my galaxy for a year in March and I honestly love it. When I first got it did have glitches but they worked themselves out and it's the best phone I have owned! :) I love the screen size and all the apps. The #1 thing I hate though is the battery life. I use my phone a lot and the battery goes down really fast but besides that it's an awesome phone.

Cons: Poor quality

I've had several different smartphones and this one is the top in my book. Does all I want and more. The weight and size are perfect for my needs. Think I'm sticking to Samsung phones from now on.
